Hey there friend. I too was the capable Christian woman—kids, businesses, Bible studies, husband support; you name it I wore the hat. It led me to being exhausted and resentful.
After a time of frustration and bitterness, I took everything to God and he revealed: my identity was anchored in my roles, not Christ. It was time to put God back on the throne. This led to a tearing down and a rebuilding.
